Shipping Charges
Calculations are based on the gross weight of individual parcels, the following shipping options are available.
Within the Melbourne Metro Area and Australia Wide we use Fastway and Z Couriers.
International Shipping
We do not ship outside Australia at this stage.
Before Packaging
All goods are thoroughly examined before packaging to ensure they are sent in A1 condition.
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years. It is an offence
for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor.
Home Liquor Delivery will only despatch goods if there is a recipient at the delivery address to accept the goods.
We will not deliver goods unattended, as it is a requirement that the driver request to see proof of age and identification, if required.
It is also a requirement that a telephone contact number at the delivery address be provided, so the driver can make contact at the time of delivery if necessary.
In the event that incorrect delivery addresses are provided, any additional courier charges will be passed on.
In certain circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery and have the goods returned to the store.
Payment Terms
Please note that we accept all major credit cards - MasterCard, Visa and AMEX
We use ANZ Egate bank hosted payment gateway for credit card transactions.
This means we do not store credit card infomation on our website.
Please note that confirmation of Bank Deposit such as Reference Number and date of Deposit must be emailed to
info@homeliquordelivery.com.au PRIOR to the goods being shipped.
Legal and equitable title in all goods and all materials supplied by Cellarbrations Pascoe Vale (Home Liquor Delivery)
does not pass until all moneys owing have been paid.
Goods will be dispatched once payment is confirmed.
Returns Policy
All returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund/return please email us within 3 days of receiving your goods at
info@homeliquordelivery.com.au.
Products need to be returned to us within 7 days if your refund/return is accepted. Sale Items or End of Lines cannot be refunded or exchanged.
(Postage and handling is NON refundable).
